This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the AniworldAI Service Administration may obtain about the User while using the bots in Telegram (@aniworld_bot, @novelai_bot) and VKontakte (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Using the Service means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their information specified herein. If you disagree with these terms, you should refrain from using the Service.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Service – a software complex available through bots in Telegram (@aniworld_bot, @novelai_bot) and VKontakte messengers, providing Users with the ability to generate images based on text queries.

1.2. Service Administration (Operator) – a group of individuals, founders and developers of the AniworldAI project, managing the Service and processing Users' data.

1.3. User – any individual who has started interacting with the Service (sent any message to the Bot).

1.4. Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).

1.5. Data Processing – any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without automation with data.

2. Data Collection and Purposes

2.1. The Service Administration collects and processes the following categories of data:

User identification data in messengers:

  • Unique user identifier (user_id) in Telegram or VKontakte.
  • Username in Telegram or VKontakte.

Data related to Service usage:

  • Text queries (prompts) that the User enters for image generation.
  • Information about selected models and generation settings (presets).
  • Technical identifiers of generated images.
  • Date and time of interaction with the Service.

Subscription and payment data:

  • Level (name) of purchased subscription.
  • Subscription start and end dates.
  • Payment information: transaction identifier (payment_charge_id), amount and payment date.

2.2. Important:

We DO NOT collect, DO NOT store, and DO NOT process your full bank card or e-wallet data. All payments are processed through third-party payment services.

2.3. Purposes of data processing:

  • User Identification to provide access to Service features and subscription management.
  • Providing core Service functionality – image generation based on User requests.
  • Processing and managing User subscriptions, including providing the appropriate number of generations and functionality.
  • Service quality improvement, analysis of user preferences (e.g., which models are most popular) for further project development.
  • Technical support and communication with the User when necessary.
  • Security provision and fraud prevention.

3. Image Rights

3.1. User's Rights

User's Rights: The User who creates an image (the 'Generation Author') owns the rights to it and may use it for any purpose not violating the law, including commercial use. The Service imposes no restrictions on the use of created materials.

3.2. Service's Rights

Service's Rights: By creating images using the Service, the Generation Author grants the Service Administration a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, display, and distribute the generated images in any and all media. This is necessary for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service. We have the same rights to the image as its author, without any additional obligations to them.

4. Data Processing Terms

4.1. data processing is carried out on a legal and fair basis.

4.2. Processing is carried out with the User's consent, which is expressed in a conclusive form by starting to use the Service.

4.3. data is stored electronically on secure servers. The Service Administration takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.

4.4. data is stored throughout the entire period of Service use by the User and for 3 (three) years after termination of use for analytics and legal compliance purposes. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing, which will lead to its deletion (see section 5).

5. User Rights

5.1. The User has the right to:

  • Receive information regarding the processing of their data.
  • Request clarification of their data, its blocking or destruction if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or not necessary for the stated processing purpose.
  • Withdraw their consent to data processing.

5.3. Withdrawal of consent to data processing entails deletion of the User's account and all associated data, making it impossible to further use the paid features of the Service until the end of the paid period. No refund is provided for the unused subscription period in this case.

6. Third Party Sharing

6.1. The Service Administration does not transfer Users' data to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of a specific service (e.g., payment system for payment processing).
  • Transfer is provided for by state or other applicable legislation within the framework of the established procedure (at the request of authorized state bodies).
  • To ensure the protection of rights and legitimate interests of the Service Administration.

7. Policy Changes

7.1. The Service Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy.

7.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication. Users are advised to regularly check the relevance of this Policy. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means the User agrees with the new version.
